We recommend groups gathering together in an institution to participate in the conference. This will promote collaboration within an institution and make the conference more friendly and personal.

We recommend bringing participants together in an room with the live presentation projected to a large screen. Connect the computer to a large speaker system so everone can hear clearly. Connect a microphone to the computer so that participants can interact with the presentation. A long cable or wireless microphone will assist in getting more participation.
